Career & Memberships

Robin was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2008, and qualified as an Advocate of the Royal Court of Jersey in 2010. During 15 years in practice, Robin has developed a broad practice covering all aspects of trust, contract, and commercial litigation, and has a particular interest in (and experience of) freezing injunctions and pre-action disclosure. Robin was formerly a trustee of the Jersey Institute of Law Endowment Trust for a number of years. Robin was previously a partner of another Jersey law firm.
