We specialise in contentious and non-contentious advice in relation to trusts. We act for trustees, beneficiaries, protectors and third parties.

We deal with breach of trust claims, retirement and removal of trustees and indemnities, beneficiary disputes, making applications to the Court for directions, and all aspects of non-contentious advisory and drafting work.

We also deal with multi-jurisdictional trust issues, including enforcement of foreign judgments against Jersey trusts, and dealing with Jersey trusts’ administration of assets abroad. We pride ourselves on our ability to lead and co-ordinate international trust litigation in multiple jurisdictions efficiently, but are equally happy to be part of a team led by lawyers in other jurisdictions.
